Travelle at The Langham, Chicago will be offering a specialty carb-loaded menu on Saturday, October 7. The menu will feature Rigatoni (San Marzano tomato, parmesan), Spaghetti Bolognese, Udon (mushrooms, 63-degree egg yolk, Masago arare) and Casarecce (sobacha, pecorino, black pepper).
Though only ten years old, this hotel is entrenched in city history—it’s set in a 52-story landmark tower, the last building designed by renowned architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the father of the Chicago Skyline and American third quarter modernism.
